Chapman was one I wouldn't have minded loaning again. Decent pace and could have been an asset this year for sure.

Unfortunate with injury last year just as he was starting to establish himself. Napped a hatrick in his last match.

McNulty scored a bizarre goal v Grimsby Town a few weeks ago, nipping in to intercept a "pass" from defender to keeper that was actually a pass so that the keeper could be ready to take a free kick.
LOL.
Referee disagreed, goal stood.

I'm not surprised by any of those updates other than McNulty, who while poor for us was at least reasonable in League 2. I can't say I'll lose any sleep knowing he's contributing to Coventry's continued demise though.

He's a new dad probably getting no sleep. Also, whilst he is a good finisher you have to say that you never noticed him in games until he scored. So until he gets his goalscoring boots back on he isn't going to pick up good reviews.

Yep, as it turns out we should have signed him. We will have wanted someone similar, but got nobody in the end. He would've been an ideal option opposite Brooks behind a striker.
