Where do you expect us to finish in the league?

I did this thread last season, it's a good time to record what we reasonably expect to achieve this season, and it could be interesting to look back on at a later date.

So, head over heart, where do you expect us to finish in the league?

I'll go with 15th.
 



24th . And following our owners more recent lack of ambition in the latest transfer window I'd have gone for 25th if I could .
 
!7th. Heart says higher, head says that even that may be a good outcome if we get injuries to a couple of key players.
 
15th .. but could see us anywhere around that as I don't think there'll be many points separating teams .. just very important we get a foothold in this division & build from it

I've gone for 5th would of been higher if we had pushed the boat out a little

We tried to sign a number of players and put some serious bids in, even if for various reasons we were unsuccessful with some of them. I`d like to know what your hopes/expectations were, and whether you took into account the word "reality".
 
13th, roughly where I predicted at the start. Nothing about the transfer window has changed my mind, we've actually strengthened most of our areas well.

People will still point out a lack of pace but I think we might be ok. On reflection my main concern now is lack of cover in midfield, if for example we lost Fleck or Coutts to injury. Lundstram still seems off the pace but obviously will improve. I also hope to see Whiteman back in January.

We won't lose many at home but we'll have to adapt when we're away from home which I'm sure its something Wilder will be working on and get right, stay free of injuries and we'll finish 10th atleast.

So you did, and there is a link to it here https://www.s24su.com/forum/index.p...ns-following-the-transfer-window.49080/page-3 always really funny to read stuff like this with hindsight. Having said that, over 50% voted top six last year which was pretty accurate given how hard it is.

I'll say 10th this year, which is being really optimistic I think. I was alarmed to discover that Forest had 9points after 5 games last season and just managed to stay up with afinal day win.

I went 5th last year, which I think was pretty optimistic as well

11th is the average so far.

Quite high given that we've just come up from L1 and haven't spent a lot.
