my sons both want blades wallpaper on their bedroom walls - anyone know if its available anywhere?

Let them have a go at painting our colours first. If it doesn't work out you can then cover it with the paper. Imagine how many hours they will not be using phones or tablets for whilst painting. You may even find you have a real artist?

Painting is a good idea - but would advise just one wall to start with.
An entire room might be a little bit OTT :)

I did my kids bedrooms with wallpaper from the shop and a mural on one wall hand painted it quite easy if you go oversize and only a section like my phone wallpaper.image.jpeg

Ive checked superstore but cant find any on there. Love that mural - may try and track down the artist

Paint it red and white stripes yourself, don't worry to much about the joins being too neat - just square - and then get some black strip vinyl* to cover the messy joints and finish it off.

Worst case, it's crap and you can paper or paint over it.

*You can buy it in rolls, it's a bit like electrical tape but stickier.

The problem with allowing them to do that is you'll have to repaint the door architraves and skirting boards and scrub the paint off the UPVC windows yourself

This is the first visual for my son's bedroom, we print and fit bespoke wallpaper. It's not the cheapest way of doing things but looks good, any design can go on there. I need to 'paint' the faded red in places. I'll take some pics when it's done.

Technically we could replicate the one the painters did, however the design company who did the original look might come looking for them as there could be copyright issues as I very much doubt they've had or paid for the use. Not the brightest idea when advertising the fact on Facebook.
