Lita is contracted to Reading, would they let him come to us? I also think he's over-rated, but does have some of the attributes we could do with.

Jordi Gomez is contracted to Espanyol.

I've not seen enough of the players in question to say any of them are better than what we have.

Id like to see Gabbidon at the Lane, good player and not starting for West Ham. Wont happen in a million years though:p.

I think we should be looking at trying to get a few young, quality Premiership players in on loan. Maybe try to sing someone like Wilshere from Arsenal.

We might own their team in a few weeks anyway.

A player trade would be a great way for them to reduce their debt to us given their shortage of cash and numerous web sites mentions player sales in January, eg: http://www.goal.com/en/news/724/pre...est-ham-united-to-sanction-craig-bellamy-sale, so bad feeling aside, it could be possible. Could work for both sides if a reasonable valuation could be agreed.

Lee Bowyer, Craig Bellamy might also be possibilities if the debt decision is upheld. Wouldn't mind Mathew Upson either.

Only question would be the wage bill.

I don't know. He has toe nail clippers, that's ambitious....Multi purpose nail clippers would surely do? Save buying two pairs for toe and fingers.

With 'cheap as chips' in charge, for once McCabe would be better leaving the ££££'s at the Post Office.

The contract extension is a mystery to me just as 'cheap as chips' initial contract was.

I know. Hence the - 'i cant see it happening in a million years though', sentance.

I think by choice yes. But some of their owners alleged financial interests in Icelandic companies have allegedly gone bad, they have their existing debts, they have their legal bills and they have the compensation they owe United if upheld.

A players for debt swop would be one way of getting rid of some of their debt whilst reducing their wage bill.

Getting the players to come and United funding their wages is another thing - maybe cash and players?

Everyone should know by now if you pay peanuts you get monkeys!

Anyone for a game of name the player?
