does anyone sum these up anymore?

I'm stuck on a hospital ward so can't listen!
He said crap first half, better second.

Ched came on and did well so Lavery needs to up his game, and he (Lavery) knows it.

We have put a bid in for Coady but he's saying nowt else about it.

Think that about sums last night's up.

Good luck mate.

He said he was dissapointed with the 1st half as it fell well below the high standards he's set.
Said we were too slow and many players were playing safe not wanting to make mistakes, side ways passes just keeping possession but he recognised that it's a new team, some of them have hardly played together.

He said he doesn't have first team players and reserve players, he prefers to have a big squad where they are all potential first teamers. He wanted some players tonight to impress him so much that they would force him to re-think his team on Saturday against Boro but said in general that didn't happen.

Said he was impressed with Ched, said he changed the game for us
And he's now given him and Knilly a decision to make on Friday whether they should put him in the squad for Middlesboro
But he said there's no rush with Ched, they have to be patient regards his progress because he hopes he'll be at the club for a long time.

He said how being a Blade means that EVERY match is really really important to him and he wants to create a winning habit.
And he joked that he feels quite proud to be the manager that finally broke the Walsall hoodoo.

Also said, of those that played last night, Ched was at the forefront for pushing the first 11.

[Edit] Sheffsteel beat me to it ;)

Thought wilder summed up last nights match (boro) perfectly.

Bang on about getting key decisions right.

He always does. The man talks total sense every time (unless he's pissed of course on Peroni) and always gets the post match observations spot on. Anot her reason why after a season of consolidation this year, I fancy us to really push on next year and be pushing for the top 6.

He know's we need a few tweaks and will sort it. Some new players will come in obviously, but I've seen enough already to know that all the players who have played so far are able to step up to this leve without too much sweat. They just need to fine tune parts of their games.

As far Utd, they need to be respectful of other teams but not 'scared' to have a right go at them (bit too respectful in the first half i feel), have quicker one touch passing to get it out wide, and then quicker balls into the front lads to give then a chance - too pedestrian last night with our service to the front lads.

It will come soon enough. Wilder and Knoll will sort it.

That will hurt wilder like it hurts us. He knows we probably didn't do enough to win it but we need a break with decisions at times... so Tuesday I expect a big reaction at Cardiff. Put them on the back foot.

Wilder was spot on as usual in his post match interview!!. His last comment about attending meetings with officials and they're all saying we'll get the decisions right!!. They can't even get the basic ones right FFS. It made me laugh when wilder said he gets fined £10000 if he fails to attend these meetings!!. It just shows what is wrong in football as a whole?. Money has ruined football and it's getting worse!!. Edit. Maybe I'm just getting old and remember the days before the silly money?. I M H O.

It was a good interview, and he was pretty much spot in. It is however obvious we need about 3 good signing to push us upper middle table. Players that can come in straight away, not nearly ready ones, like lundstrom. Hope he focuses on our weakneses rather than that decision

I think we tend to forget that this season will also be a Learning curve for our management team as well. Every: confidence: it will all pan out in the end.........
