I am genuinely so glad that we've got what we've got and not what Wednesday have got.

Everything I've heard from Wednesday fans today backs up what I thought about them. They're stale, the squad mentality isn't great, they play mind numbingly boring defensive football and fail to get their expensive players playing anywhere close to their potential. And they've started the season with a manager who should have already been sacked.

Basically they have a chronically malfunctioning expensive shower of shite.

Great to be above them tonight, though not entirely unpredictable given the contrasting situations at either club at the present time.

Wendy are paying the price for years of self-delusion, local media bias and a stupid belief that they are a big team. They're not even in the top six in the Championship in terms of achievement, resources, crowds etc. They thought that chucking money at it would pay off but, as we know, all their signings had 'peaked' elsewhere and their career path was downwards. And they'll have a hell of a job shifting these over-paid wasters.

Spirit, fight and natural striver as manager will take the Blades far - something money can't buy.
 



Off to the pub now, lots of Blades will be in and some Wendy and a Preston fan, should be fun
 
Lol. And they were all crowing about how "easy" their start to the season was!
 
All shits and giggles but let's not forget that we've only played 1 game so let's not get carried away. Not hahahaha mind the gap.
