Lundstram = Dean Hammond

It's hardly an informed opinion based on his first 45 minutes for us in a non-league friendly. It's reactionary garbage, laughable attention-seeking and people rightly will call it as such.

Good composure, nice touches and sprayed play around with a few diagonal passes forthe wing backs. Reminded me of McDonaldwhen he first arrived at BDTBL. Lots ofpotential".

Just shows the difference of opinions between fans.
 
I live near Oxford now (H.Wycombe) and the Oxford fans are gutted he's gone. They really rated him. I speak to several Oxford fans every weekend due to football training, he's no Hammond trust me. I'm excited about this signing as I am with every player Wilder has worked with before and brings to United. In Wilder We Trust.

You do realise the hypocrisy in you defending the right of someone to post an opinion by attacking those who in turn give their opinion on it through an open forum?
Pretty much the definition of free speech, so I'd be interested in how you think the Stasi operated because your comparison is completely nonsensical.

For my part I think the OP should be critised for being bollocks but it's only in second in the most ridiculous post on this thread stakes.

Er no. You,ve missed the point entirely. Obviously everyone has the right to express their opinion ,the OP and those who disagree. It's the implication that the OP's opinion is complete bollox and shouldn't have been made that smacks of censorship.
You're trying to be smart. You're not. You should probably get something for that bowel condition,it might help you think more clearly.

Haha so the opinion that the OP is bollocks and shouldn't have been made, is censorship despite it not been censored, taken down, edited or changed in any way. The forum member still has the opportunity to defend himself and to continue to post should he wish.

I'm not trying to be smart, I'm just pointing out the shortcomings in what you've uploaded. The fact that they make you look a bit daft, is again a pretty good example of how free speach ideally should work. You're being judged by your own words, as is the OP.
 



it seems to me some people think we are signing the equivalent of man citys signings and are setting themselves up for disappointment

we play to a system and even good keen players will need time to fit in
they all have to get up to speed literally as we play fast pass and move

the system is everything ,the players are just bit part players in the system

obviously when up to speed the better the players the better it works

thats what CW is working on

some will look clumsy until they fit in , but the good players will improve the system and themselves

judgements on 45 minutes are wide of the mark
we took 4 full games last season to get into stride
we still havent lost since february nearly 6 months ago
so its nothing to panic about

Why do people bite? I am highly suspicious that the OP is in fact NOTABLADE and is on the wind up. I'm fairly sure we've seen similar on here before.

Lundstram is a decent player. I've seen him play several times. He's nothing like Dean Hammond.

I'm not convinced he's not a Blade. I think he just got an idea into his head when a bit pissed up and went with it. We're all a touch nervous with a week to go. It's a bit daft to suggest you can judge any player on a couple of performances in friendlies, I've said the same about Brooks, but we can all get a bit carried away.

It shouldn't be that difficult to reply and explain why the OP is nonsense without being abusive about it though. This childish name calling shouldn't really belong on S2.

Completely agree. Whether the OP is a Blade or not they're welcome on this forum as far as I'm concerned. Hasn't been offensive in any way. They have just offered in many of our opinions a wildly ridiculous opinion on a new player.

They're still entitled to that opinion. I just think that poster may be on the wind up. I don't really care whether they are or not. I just don't see why people have to bite and go over the top.

Anyway why be nervous about football? Can we not just enjoy and look forward to it? In the grand scheme of things it really isn't that important. We'll do what we do next season. Simple as that. Don't know why people lose sleep.

What were you watching? He tried some lovely through balls to the front men, looked good with both feet and yes, passed it around comfortably.....looked a good footballer
