I don't know mate. I'm just firmly of the belief that the players generally go where the money /best offer is. I don't think he'll lose sleep over Boos in the Derby if it happened when he's compensated in hard cash.

Does being Sun guarantee immunity from the forum Police? Why has this thread not been moved to the rumours section where it belongs. This fine forum will soon become awash with anarchy and much worse idle gossip. We must stand firm and use the full force of the forum rules where nessecary and whoever the guilty party.
 
If there is one player I guarantee wouldn't fail a medical it's Jags, just look at the amount of appearances he has made over he career.

If you're going to make up a rumour, you need to at least make it believable!

Doubt that was his intention tbh, probably more an instinctive reaction that to this day he couldn't explain why he did it.

But I would like to think the rumour about him going to the Sty is just that. He would seriously go down in all Blades estimation if he were to even consider it.

For those that say money talks, would he go to Liverpool from Everton for a few extra grand a week?

Doubt it myself.

They're very harsh medicals at the Sty. You have to carry Rhodes for ninety minutes.
 

Guy looking for one last big payday see's Wednesday and thinks of Christmas. He's never going to sign for us as we can't pay him enough. I have no issue with him signing for a team pushing for promotion. Makes pretty good sense to me. He'll fit into their pay structure!

No idea if this is true or not. Although I think he'd be a great signing for us at this level, I still havent forgotten about his handball and how suspect it looked.

So if he were to go and sign for SWFC, he's an even bigger tw@t than I thought after the Hull game.

Unless he signed for them and kept scoring own goals and giving penalties away.

Is his missus actually a Sheffield lass? Could that be part of the Pigs attraction. No idea whether this could be true or not but I'd be unhappy if he joined the Pigs.

does anyone really believe that in the split second as the ball flies at him in the heat of the biggest game of the season he had the time to rationale the thought process you suggest? Really?! What if the ref misses it, what if we go up the other end and score, what ifs??? He's a professional player who gave years of good service to our club, has he previous to that moment, or at any point there after done anything to suggest he has a questionable attitude? No. As conspiracy theories go this is up there with Elvis is alive and aliens live on the moon. It was a shit day and a shit relegation, but you could highlight several points in that season that contributed to the perfect storm, blaming 1 man for 1 action in a 38 game season is scapegoating even us pessimistic buggers should rise above.

Sorry but he went down in my estimation when he gave away THAT totally needless pen and never apologised and then left on a minimum fee of £4m, which was about £1 or £2m less than his true value in my view. I don't believe he's had a medical at the sty though, not for a minute.

We will and there isn't.

The Pigs have a fan who works on Sky Sports and gets to find everything about them out and trust me when I say this, he wouldn't be able to help himself blab this sort of thing out on Sky and everywhere else he could spout it, he's a reyt bellend.
