So a zillion accommodation flats/apartments/villas/mansions and a new Superstore

So what's actually in it for the club then?

Does the club actually see any benefit form the revenue stream, or is this a private venture for the McCabes?

When does the work actually start?

So if the new club shop will move to a bigger better premises then what will they be using the old club shop for?

I welcome any developments to the site at BDTBL but what worries me is the apparent haphazard way they are all ' cobbled ' together .

Shoreham Street is really badly neglected in terms of development but where does this current project sit in terms of an overall plan ? The fact that we are going to see this happen on the cherry street corner smacks of a ' one off ' , very much like the Kop corner on the John Street side .

Is there an overall plan ? And if there is when does the Kop get levelled/upgraded ?

Do many questions, so few answers. :D

We could have offices there rather than in the kop/south stand corner another chunk of Sheffield United asset stripped to you know who, fuckin student flats FFS

Looks pretty basic....

Im no town planner but is that because it needs to fit in with surrounding buildings?
Not really. That only really is taken into account if it is an conservation area.

The club are concerned she's selling more than them. They're moving the club shop to see off the competition.
