If the developers have any sense they will offer Edwina a "commercial unit" within the proposed complex...so she can continue to sell her badges....outside the unit.

I welcome any developments to the site at BDTBL but what worries me is the apparent haphazard way they are all ' cobbled ' together .

Shoreham Street is really badly neglected in terms of development but where does this current project sit in terms of an overall plan ? The fact that we are going to see this happen on the cherry street corner smacks of a ' one off ' , very much like the Kop corner on the John Street side .

Is there an overall plan ? And if there is when does the Kop get levelled/upgraded ?

Not really. That only really is taken into account if it is an conservation area.
