So its officially a sell out on Sunday but due to the fact nobody is quite sure what a sell out is these days because of H&S, SYP and segregation etc. What is your attendance guess?

I will go for 30,102

Whatever it is you can guarantee that Michael Vaughan will be on Twitter saying it's not enough to be classed as a proper team with proper support.

Can't really say unless we have an approx figure of segregation and health and safety issues. Hoping we can hit 30k though.

He fuckin won't do if it's higher than their highest gate of the season. He'll be slitting his wrist with the rest of them.

With al the netting. I'm going for 29,020, sadly. Don't really care what the crowd is as long as the atmosphere is up there with MK last week. However that said it would be nice to finish the season with 30K+, but can't see it with the "required" segregation.

I've been thinking about this one for a while now, and there are a number of factors to consider, not least (as has already been pointed out) the effect of segregation.
Sometimes, it's really difficult to put one's self in a position of being able to forecast accurately enough to make it a worthwhile exercise.
So, quite reluctantly as it happens, I've decided to decline the offer to suggest a figure for the attendance and just hope for an entertaining game with a resounding victory for the Mighty Blades, therefore rounding off what has been a truly excellent season.

Think the netting and segregation will take its toll, plus Chezzy not selling many to make matters worse.

29,800

Which means around 3000 empty seats...and declared a full house. Madness.

With us having some of the lower too, this will be the most blades at bramall lane since the days of standing wont it?

That's a great shout mate .

The thing that really grates with me though is the fact that a following of 500 away fans means we'll see over 2000 seats used as segregation . The Manchester derby yesterday saw a couple of hundred max . It really pisses me off . Why segregation on G+H South Stand . And why the bottom rows on Bramall Lane lower ???

Oh and if I was McCabe and I'd 10 years ago paid for an extra 2000 seats in the corner I'd be suing whoever is responsible for the decision that we can't use the whole ground.

Totally agree and it's a shame for those wanting tickets, I'd be absolutely gutted to miss this one.
