Hal, I really enjoyed that, a crisp, clearly spoken and intelligent discussion and mildly humorous but a bit too short to satisfy some of us. Maybe ask Chris if he'd like to do another a week or so before the start of next season, there might have been a few more ins and outs by then. We can't rely on the Stir, they're pants.

Good job there sir. Good job YorkBlade . I really liked how you acknowledged that as a Blade you found it difficult to separate your professional role from you role as a fan. It was unusual in a radio interview, but welcome. There seemed to be no Alan Partridge as far as I could tell.

I sound like Alan Partridge apparently.

Really enjoyed it thank you. Well done. Don't take too much offence about Partridge. The brilliance of the Steve Coogan parody is that Partridge stays just the right side of plausible.

Have you ever had a dead cow dropped on your boat by angry farmers?

Great interview mate! I love listening to BFBS - reminds me of my Army days, which were always the proudest days of my life. watching the Blades has really come close to that though and I ve forced my love for the Blades onto my 4 boys! The 2 year old wants a JOC magic hat⚔️

great interview and IMO head and shoulders above the garbage your hear on Radio Sheffield , thanks for this ,

Alan is a legend but you def don't sound like him !
..although in the spirit of things, if your going to MK Dons this could be a cracking fancy dress outfit ......

I agree, it was a very unfair.

But while we're about it - I have to listen to Radio2 at work I'm afraid. Al Murray may be in full parody mode OR he's more Partrageous than Alan himself, either way it's a terrible thing to have to listen to.

I agree, that is a bit unfair but I doubt he's reading this AND I did pay his wages (sort of).
