I've been hopelessly trying to track this shirt down in a medium men's for a while now. If anyone has one in good condition they'd sell please let me know

You can buy the plain shirt for 15 quid on adidas website and add the badge
It's a common template

If you can't get a Blades one there is always the identical Livingstone kit, as modelled here by our own Stefan Scougal!

I digress, but I'm not at all impressed with Adidas kits that we've had. I thought like most Blades that we were in for some quality kits when we got Adidas but I think that Adidas just give lower priority to the likes of us and we get the same kit as other teams. Also Adidas seem to find it impossible to produce a more traditional striped shirt without loads of red areas, as opposed to stripes!

Still, all the best finding your shirt.

The last 2 home shirts have been brilliant, not been too impressed with the others they've done though.

That's one skinny kid, wouldn't get that shirt over my head.

I'll have to disagree there mate. In my view its not hard to produce a shirt with stripes, to all not part of the shirt. Stoke have one this season as do Lincoln, that are both better than ours as you can see below:

The Lincoln one isn't a patch on ours. For a start the huge white space around the sponsor makes it look cheap.

This seasons shirt is the best I've ever known quite frankly.

Sorry mate not in my view. Adidas shirts always look smart, I'll give them that but I just want a traditional Blades shirt for the first time since the Macron retro one a few years back, which wasn't perfect (Macron logo over the shoulders as opposed to continual stripes) but it was still decent in terms of design.

Ok Tyler what about the Stoke one:

Nice enough, the stripes are the perfect width for my taste as well. Change the collar and put some black trim on and I'd take it. Oh and the sponsor really should be in line with the stripes.

It could have been worse re Adidas. We could have had these two kits which are even worse!

Again almost identical and in my view both crap.

And just to be a pedantic arse, here's another near identical Adidas shirt!

Fair enough mate, personally I'd take Umbro kits like we used to have any day. Since we've just got out of Division 3 and hope to do what we did in 1990 and go up again I'd love the return of this shirt or something similar!

It's good, but it's not quite United!

Agree with Ty. Best shirt I've seen us have by some distance, in my eyes.

Ever?! Seriously! I'd say any of the 80's Umbro kits were quality. Not just one season but all of their 80's and 90's ones, with the possible exception of the last one with the crap red and white trim on the shorts. But some of the below efforts are classics in my eyes, I'd take any of them over any Adidas shirt we've had:

I did say that I'd seen us have... I'm only 25 :D

But I'd take this year's over any of those lot. It's smarter.

I did think about asking about your age but didn't want to be rude! I'm 38 but more like 58 in terms of tradition and I can't stand United kits with too much red or white areas in place of stripes. We can still vary the width and number of stripe, the colour of socks (although I prefer white) the style of collar, the design of the shorts etc but the Adidas trend of solid red on the sleeves and the sides just looks crap to me. I think Adidas shirts look far better when designed for a solid colour. For example below: There's less they can mess up!

If Wilder has had any say in it I'd guess the one Deano's wearing might be pretty damn close to what we should expect - for fairly obvious reasons!!

Fuck it...I think we should just mek our own next season... ;)

I love the current home shirt. It's a shame we have to change it this summer. Not that keen on the early 90s Umbro ones even though they bring back great memories.
