I love Wilder. He even talks about right ooters. What a guy.

Not expecting any surprises tomorrow.

Whether Hanson will be back in I'm not sure.

What's the crowd expectancy? Bradford sold out the bottom tier?

expecting Laferty and Freeman back in the side, and my be duffy ahead of Oshea, Hanson with Sharp or Clarke.

Hanson,O'Shea,Carruthers and if he is fit again Duffy are all rested. Clarke is like a new signing. We only have 3 games left with an 8 day gap after MK and I would expect everyone apart from Lavery? will want to play every second of every game.
It's amazing how players aren't tired and jaded when on top of their game and winning week in week out.
Personally I have no interest whatsoever in sentiment and doubt Wilder does. Whoever takes the field tomorrow will I am sure be busting to maintain our winning run.

Freeman and Lafferty will be back in for sure.

Basham will stay in the team, probably at RCB. His fitness is incredible, he won't need resting. Same with Fleck.

Duffy will be back in IMO, Wilder will try to play the main players who've got us here.

I don't see Clarke or Sharp being dropped. If anybody then Sharp, but I doubt it as Hanson won't be fully fit.

Carruthers could possibly start ahead of Coutts.

The biggest question for me is Wright or EEL. Hopefully Wright.

we can play our best team, he rested against Port Vale. Only main players he could rest is either Coutts or Fleck, but don't think he will rest both.

Completely agree regarding Basham's fitness, his cardiovascular must be off the charts. In recent years I can't recall a fitter United player, Doyle might come close though.

Bradford have sold out but there's still plenty of tickets left in the BLUT and some in the Kop.

Wilder has promised he will respect all the other clubs and will not slacken off, for me he rested a few at Vale so he will be going with his first choice 11 and it's live on sky so we can show the world how good we are, for me it's our usual team but Clarke in for Hanson, hopefully a footballing masterclass

A nearly man spent all his tiime chasing shadows another raga muffin man.

Sounds like Billy gets a rest to me. I would like to see Chapman and Clarke up top tomorrow.

Another article from the link in Post #1 about 'Chinatown' being built on Bramall Lane. Link. 'Views of the Bramall Lane pitch'? I very much doubt it.

I am not sure why there is such a clamor to see Chapman playing. Looks like CW is not as convinced about him as the rest of us. There has been plenty of time to give him a good run out and he hasn't.
He didn't give him much game time prior or since his injury....... It is a strange one !!!

Looked v sharp when he came on Friday

I think he's been playing his best 11 wherever he could and Chapman is just outside that since his injury but I think we'll sign him and he'll be a key player for us next season.

Would like to see a bit more of David Brooks too.

Would be a nice gesture IMO .

Cant see it, we could be 3-1 up and some of our lot would complain he conceded one. never understood what bashing Long achieves. He will leave quietly with Wilders best wishes and we will replace him with a Iain Turner type 30+ free agent

With the new rules in the EFL that a player from your academy has to be in the matchday 18 I doubt Long goes anywhere.

Personally think that quota could/will be filled by Brooks
Whiteman
Reed
Wright jr
Semple

All as the 7th sub.whilst I think Wilder would be fine keeping Long on but we all know the second he's called upon he will have a thousand "Blades" on his back which is no good for a keeper

I agree Worksop but i am not convinced. I have watched him when playing with first team and 23s this season and if anyone can hand on heart and tell me he has had an influence on either i would strongly disagree.
I accept he has been injured but was not missed at any point through that injury. He has been a lucky lad to have been part of this promotion squad.

I am not actually sure what cover he gave us in that squad. A forward? A midfielder? A winger? We have 5 forwards, 5 midfielders all in front of him and we don't play with wingers.
