I'm not sure it will seem real until Monday. I'm also sure I shall need my sunglasses as I shall be bawling my eyes out when the players take to the pitch.
On the other side tho, it's great to know that we won't have to go through the agony of the play offs and we can now p,ab on and get to the 100 points total.

Well done to the players and all staff associated with Sheffield United, a huge thank you to Chris Wilder and Alan Knill but I also think that we as fans need a pat on the back for our tenacity and patience ( some had more than others) as we can now celebrate our return to the Championship.

Exactly what I was just thinking as I read other threads and listened to RS, it's taken a while to start to sink in.

It's the first thing we've won in both junior Trigs' lifetime (we've only won Div 4 in my much longer lifetime) and they're both in their 30s. Somehow, the fact that it's a league that we weren't bad enough to be in for most of our existence doesn't seem to matter.

I think the moment when we lift the trophy after the Chezzie game is going to be very emotional, they've rarely seen their Dad with something in his eyes :)

Trig jnr (TE) has come back to watching the Blades again?

It will all sink in tomorrow. First home game since promotion and then champions. Let's give them a reception and a half!

Possibly about 4pm after the Chesterfield game. Lifted the Cup/Trophy, Shield or whatever it is we get. Lap of honour, Then sat in the Copthorne with a pint of cider. Just thinking and talking with me mates about of all the fookin good time the fans, team and CW have had this season. Then nowt but memories until the start of next season. With possible signings , departures and who knows what else in between.
Fuckin proud to be a Blade, More than ever. C'mon.

You have to sober up for it to sink in. And I don't plan on sobering up until August at least.
