Two things stand out...

Last year we didn't have anyone rated over 7 average – top was Baptiste with 6.74, which just shows the difference in performances.

Sharp appears to be missing two goals (showing 24 rather than 26)

Battling, combative midfield performances. Driving the team forward, scoring and making goals. Reliable and just about ever present.

In the few games I have seen he has been the stand out player on the pitch. I remember the performance at Peterborough, best player by miles.

Fleck and Billy were the obvious choice but I went for Freeman.

Epitomises our season, he's gone from half hearted pre madonna to most improved, gritty, battling, goal scoring, proud of the shirt player that made our season so spcecial.

TBH I'm with Stretch and would vote for all 11+ subs if I could

It was a hard choice between Fleck and Sharp. Ended up voting for Fleck, just on the basis that Sharp got 20 odd last season in a poor team and I feel the addition of Fleck (along with others) has helped to really drive us forward.

A remarkable organising of our defence.

All 3 for me though.....and Freeman....and....

Wright what a signing he's proven to be. The mans a proper leader good football brain, and we've still not lost a game with him in the side. A player all the young talent can learn from

Freeman for me....love Billy but without taking anything away from what has been a fantastic season as our captain he has done what i knew he would, score loads of goals and lead by example. Fleck has been outstanding after a rocky start and has ran the show with Coutts and Duffs in midfield who also deserve special praise...but Freeman has been a revelation, out in the cold and would probably have left if Brayford hadn't run home to daddy he has been nothing short of phenomenal.....how many points has he added to our tally with his goals assists and all-round play....

Another shining light has been Jack OC....he could go onto play at the very highest level.

If some of these supporters clubs can have their own officially recognised awards then S24SU certainly should have something. There are a lot of members on here and we're all here because we have a significant interest in SUFC and generally pay close attention to it.

If we could do a proper vote for player of the season it would be quite a significant award considering the number of votes we could get.

Fleck would be my choice but gone for Billy because of his heart and passion. Had a few off days but battled fought and ran all season.
Honourable mention for every single other player.

We can do a vote, but player ratings if used properly is a better indication and less open to sudden opinion changes
