Running down the touchline after EEL bagged that equaliser on 95 minutes away at Fleetwood
Klinsmann dive last night
Taking the lads ter't Sheaf Island the other day
Numerous instances of passionate badge-slappery
When he didn't select Wright for a few games even though he was match fit and we all went mental about it but they won them anyway

Above all just his honest appraisal of the team and their performances, no bullshit approach has got us all on board the promotion express !!

Damski Every single interview with Wilder. The man just oozes passion. I'd love to work for him (if he wasn't managing United). You'd know exactly where you stand and you'd follow him from Job to job, project to project.

His post match interview opened with "never going to get any favours from Oxford am I" followed by "few words at half time, get the hand brake off, like we have done all season".

Bloody everything.

LOVE the Wilder.

But to pick one out for this thread, I'll say the bold and positive substitutions he made at Peterborough, to get us the win that convinced me 100% we were going up.

Think we will have to bump this up Saturday evening. I can't wait to see the great big fucking grin on his face.

Top thread Damski

For as long as I can recall, we finally have a manager who, in the main, reflects the supporter's attitudes.

I'd never put Wilder on a pedestal, that would be unfair and a statement that no one should be subjected to, but old Chris is a good 'un, good values, likeable, and he possesses the necessary ruthlessness that will take this club forward. In the main the quality of player he's brought in has been far better than we've been used to, and what a squad he's assembled, good enough to drive us towards being Champions of this poxy division.

Well done Chris, you've given us hope and restored our faith in this great club we all love and support.

Late goals. How many have we scored this season? Important goals too, not consolations or consolidations but equalisers and winners. Always a sign of a good team.

3 Spring easily to mind,Landell v Bury,Freeman aka Carlos Alberto v Northampton ,Sir Bill at Peterborough ,just thought of a 4th,Landell away at Fleetwood

So good to be back out of the WILDERless!

2 x occasions. Thumping the badge on his chest and the......
SLIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDE!

Whatever he said at Half Time v Oxford at Home.

Because since then we've not taken a backward step. Despite a few bad games, we've never looked as if we were on the back foot.
