Wilder mentioned it in an interview to give fringe players a competitive game to keep them sharp in case they are needed. Good move I think. Why would they do that, risking injury, hope it was just for those that are not getting games.

with Rovverham on Monday. Dint know that was on, anyone got any info?
Can't see it posted (on page one can't be bothered to look further)
Strong starting side, a striker scored a couple of belters.
Not going into more details as it's "behind closed doors" for a reason![]()
Jake Wright Junior?
Clarke ??
I reckon it's McNulty
We won 4-1. Rovrum got relegated.
And still won the second half 1-0Winning 4-0 at half time, Wilder was happy and decided not to send the team out to play the 2nd half.
Yes of course it is. It will keep them match sharp and give them a chance to prove to Wilder if they have anything to offer. To which the answer is probably no for most of them. Why would they do that, risking injury, hope it was just for those that are not getting games.

Sorry if I've missed something but why would it be a secret?

Could you just let us know whether it’s the striker who likes lollipops or the one with the 3 year contract?
He doesn't drape his cardie.
That's good. I don't think McNulty can contribute no matter how well he does for the reserves (unless possibly if Sharp gets injured). Clarke on the other hand could still have a part to play if he can get near his best which he hasn't done all season for us.
