And McNulty's only redeeming feature is that he tends to finish well if you put it on a plate for him. So it might well be a case of thinking "if he gets all the chances Done or Lavery have been getting, he'll pop one in."

Both we and Tufty now probably know that McNulty won't get these chances as Done and Lavery work for them whereas McNulty just doesn't seem to have that work ethic. I suspect McNulty will be one of today's casualties. I won't be sad.

Exactly right. We have too strikers who fit the system and could play alongside Sharp - Done and Lavery. Lavery can't play two games a week and give us enough energy. Hanson's inclusion signals a change in style unless we revert to 4-3-3 with him down the middle and the left and right strikers playing narrow.

Nope, doesn't even have a redeeming feature.
The absolute SITTERS he has missed and missed badly since playing for us. The header in the first season at home to Barnsley near the end that missed by about 30 yards, the chance in the semi against Swindon when he sent it 10 miles high and wide when in a great position to hit t across the keeper and even last season 2-2 away at Bradford he's 1 on 1, goal at his mercy and he hits it fucking wide.

Knowing what he's like off the pitch, glad we'll never see the nasty piece of work in a Blades shirt again.

McNulty wasn't fit to start a game of football tonight but it's not his fault he gets picked, that's Wilders'.

Now apparently CW said he wasn't giving Lavery a start earlier in the season due to his lack of fitness but then McNulty comes back, not played hardly any games all season and gets a start within a month when it took Lavery four months or so to get his first start.

Either CW has panicked or something doesn't quite way up with Lavery. It's a tad worrying whatever it is and Wilder needs to sort it because Lavery could be a really influential player for us.
