I think they identify themselves very well on this thread, don't you? Taking one of Tufty's interviews in isolation; kidding themselves they've got a point when Tufty has spoken often about "good football" and the "right way" and much more importantly, actually plays the right way, Twisting our excellent managers words beyond breaking point so as to suggest he favours their "alehouse, unapatem" style when his team shouts out to the contrary, is disingenuous, embarrassing and plain daft. Given the combined brain power of those promoting this silly thread, I can't say I'm surprised.

I can't help feeling if you need to explain that it's a little joke, it runs the risk of being misunderstood and possibly won't be seen in the hilarious context you were aiming for.

Context is important and you'd have to admit that your transformation into the board's joker is recent and not everybody is aware of your conversion.

That's just sad ,I have never met Pinchy ,don't know owt about him and have argued strongly with him about Done. Why don't you take your own advice and use the ignore button ,you seem to want to cause an argument with every post he makes ,he responds and a good thread ends up like this one.
Just let me know who else is in this 'old boys clique' and how you imagine it operates.

I don't have one. Some like me, some certainly don't and I'm fine with it. It's just interesting to see what some get away with and some don't on here.

It's perfectly acceptable for everyone to slate everything Barney posts for example (which I've done myself in the past), but others can single out specific players and managers who have long since left for spiteful bitchiness, pretend to have intellectual superiority over all others and treat supposed fellow supporters as if they were lower class vermin and nothing up until recently has been said. That's a double standard.
