I would have thought that with your username you would occaisionally post something other than delusional nonsense from a stance of the complete denial of the facts of the last decade.
I find that celebrating AFTER my club has achieved something,however small is infinately more satisfing and meaningfull than posting utter crap on the premise that if you throw enough darts you'll eventually do a 9 darter,or enough monkeys with enough time will eventually write the complete works of Shakespeare.

This photo is in the wrong thread. It definitely belongs in the 'Old photos for no reason whatsoever...' It represents the old Blades. The 'fall at the last hurdle' Blades. We've Chris Wilder at the helm now and we are entering a period of sustained success. The footballing Gods have recognised our time in the wilderness and our patience will be rewarded. Imagine the positive energy if we all started believing. There's no stopping us.

Yes we are doing well and stats suggest we dominate games, I am now disappointed if we have less than 58% possession and 15 shots per game. I admire your stance, however I prefer to be understated in my optimism and wait until we've actually achieved something before I boast.

Wilder is doing well but the majority on here are aware that we have a tendency to blow a winning position and apart from once 10 years ago we haven't done much else in recent history to prove otherwise. Respect other people's viewpoint instead of trotting out the same old "stop being negative" rubbish.

Forums are about opinions and people are ok to express these even if they differ to yours, you choose to ignore people who don't agree with yours, others put up with your opinions and debate them sensibly (in the main).

Fair point, but Adkins didn't have a track record of being toss and he was for us.

Under Wilder I am the most positive as I possibly could be that we wont screw up, I just prefer to say it to myself until we've done it. I'm cautious in my optimism as are a lot of others, doesn't make us miserable bastards just slightly more reserved than you are.

It's taken me moving 3500 miles away for the Blades to start to do well, I might just stay for few years longer if it carries on.
