I think Hurst will be fuming about that to be fair.

Nobody picking up Freeman's run from the edge of the box allowing him to easily knock the ball down.

Who's that doing the wanker sign in front of you at 7-8-9, it a Shrews fan sneaked in?

The amount of times that corner-kick routine works is unbelievable. We just lob it to the back post for someone to knock back into the box and it invariably causes mayhem in the opposition defence. Still, it beats the total lack of any sort of plan that we've had for corners for so many years.

Corners hit deep will always be hard to defend.
Back in the day Reece scored a good few headers attacking the back post with corners delivered by Woody

My recollection is that they were brilliant near-post headers, but it was a while ago!

Colquhoun usually attacked the near post and Reece the back post

Your spot on Silent Reece attacked the low chest high cross at the near post they screamed into the net, where as Colquhoun attacked the higher ball
from a deeper position.Reece was only a small guy he would have stood no chance attacking the high cross.not much bigger or heavier than scougs but
he was a great player who also played for Wales, sadly he passed away a few years ago.

There was a problem with the quotes. I said Colquhoun usually attacked the near post and Reece the back posts

Looking at that video. It's a shame they don't sell tickets to Blades behind that goal. If this is gonna be our promotion season. It would be great to have vocal support from 4 sides of the ground.

Quick question Re the Scougall goal - was it from the corner which resulted from the penalty miss?

I love this video work. They are all great and the camera is so steady. We all know it will not last though when the little blessing is tugging at your coat;).
