Sold out yesterday. And they have said that we are not getting anymore.

Reminds me of last season, we sold our end and had the right corner of there stand as extras, but didnt quite sell them all, about half a dozen young blades near me started chanting empty seats, empty seats and pointing at them which I found funny and quite witty until somebody told them they were blades fans, which they then found to be funny.

Didn't think I could go so did't get one. I didn't want another Blade to miss out.

Looks like I can now.

Is that what they call Karma?

I found this to be funny.

If anyone finds they have two spare please pm me. I only tried yesterday, stupidly. The girl mwho answered the phone said she would put me on the waiting list and asked for my customer number. I gave it to her and there was a pause, 'You have over 40,000 points, why oh why are you phoning today?' 'Senior moment' say I. Not a lot else to say really.

Just for fun I registered on there site & could have bought 2 tickets for the family stand but then I do have a DN postcode even though I live in Cleethorpes
So..... Having seen your post I decided to do just that. Having an HG post code helped I assume and quite easily got 2 tickets in the family stand. Not one minute after I gave my credit card number, I get a phone call from Sheffield United ticket office, saying they have two returns and would I like them. Bloody Sod's law. Anyway, the polite young man I spoke to said he would hold them for half an hour. I quickly phoned Scunthorpe ticket office, told them my idiot better half had just booked tickets and we couldn't actually go and they kindly refunded the card. I then called United back and got the returns. All's well that ends well, although I won't actually know if that is completely true until 4.55 Saturday.

Went on the away end a couple of years ago and stood on their terrace. No bother at all. Mind you it did make me reflect on how nice it was to have grown up in Sheffield. We all may have the odd moan and groan about our City, but walking from Scunthorpe station to the ground and standing amongst their fans was like being put in a different world.

Sometimes we don't know how lucky we are that our parents had a fumble at the back of some nightclub in S1....

Only went to watch the Blades in scunny once, never made it into the ground, I was a victim of mistaken identity.

If our season continues to gather momentum the away support will grow and grow. Similar to the 2012 season when the Blades took 3 sides of an away ground - think it was Bury. Not wishing to jump the gun or appear arrogant but clubs should look to make the most of this away support by allocating more tickets and not putting up prices.

I remember a game at Rochdale in April that season when we seemed to be everywhere. Nothing will ever beat Darlo or Leicester promotion days. The drive back to Sheffield from Leicester was unbelievable, Blades all over the motorway...

How many thousands could we take to the final away game this season?

We were talking about this last night and one advantage of it being MK is that they'll give us as many tickets as we can sell. Only an hour from London so it could be perfect. If for no other reason but to erase memories of the defeat the day after Evans went down.

Result!!!! Managed to wangle 3 tickets for the scunny family area thanks to my twins school...me and the twin cubs will be there Saturday, get in!!

Got two spare for the Scunthorpe end, next to Blades fans if anybody wants them?
