Talk from who the ? Social Media ? Wilder stated that he hadn't made a bid for Morsy and Wigan have not said they wanted Brayford as far as I am aware. A deal can't be done if the clubs don't want the players

Because clubs always come out and officially say they want players don't they! Wigan have been looking for a right back all summer and there's been far too much talk about Brayford (and Morsy) for there not to be something there. But believe what you want.

Just to provide another update, Morsy has flown out to Egypt ahead of the international break in which Egypt face Guinea and South Africa. So at this point, it seems less likely that Morsy will be exiting, in this window at least.

If Brayford had a choice he would have chosen Burton anyway (gone back to daddy ) so informing Wigan or not wouldn't have changed his destination

One thing that's absolutely undeniable is that Morsy is totally available and Wigan want to get rid of him. Now unless he had his pick of Championship clubs, he'd be willing to sign for us. Where else would he go, Scunthorpe?
