This was so obvious after we didn't do enough in the summer and sold Adams. It's sickening.

Would you pack your job in and go work for a company struggling to exist? Can't see us signing anyone of note at the moment. More outgoings than incoming that might just put a smile on some property developers face

The alarm bells started ringing at Halifax when we lost 2-0 to a conference north team. Not only that but regarding our defence, we conceded a goal to Handsworth Parramore with many of our first teamers in the squad. Handsworth Parramore are level 9. We don't seem to have improved since pre-season. It's very concerning.

I struggle to see though how a manager who took a team in financial disarray to runaway champions can suddenly turn into a bad manager. Don't forget he also helped Oxford get to where they are today. He's now epically failing at us, only months later. Is Wilder culpable? Yes to a degree but surely something else is going on.

Our last half dozen managers have been completely incompetent..........Except Wilson who I will forgive because the Ched Evans thing conspired against him, he's the only manager in the last 20 odd years that could actually get this abortion of a retarded fucking football club playing football to a set pattern.

They all have the same boring. slow, weak, dim-witted outlook on the way the game should be played.

Even our fans on the kop know the players that will do the business in this division, but no, we can't have them, much better that they saunter off to Charlton or Chesterfield or somewhere because our "Wonderful" club won't be held to fucking ransom

Can you explain why it would. McCabe still won't be in profit for this season whatever is spent.

Don't be too harsh mate were all pissed off at this minute but wilder didn't get going really until the 7th games last season

You only get "in profit" if you have a successful football team in the mix of the football business. To have a successful team in today's game costs more than McCabe is or has been prepared to put in. His wincing at £6M when championship clubs are spending tens of millions to stay in the championship. Nice guy but he's killing the club trying to do it on the cheep and covering his outgoings. It's time he realised its noy his game anymore. Never has been since the BT flu.

If it's any comfort Wilder was part of the Great Escape in 90/91... but while it's possible with this setup there's no way he'd still be here with 4 points be Christmas.

No, he's definitely got to change things. Today, with this formation, it's a relegation side. It's about him changing quickly. I'm sure he must have seen enough.

Absolutely, starting with dropping either Sharp or Clarke. It's clear that they can't play together, Billy is wasted as a number ten, but I'd argue that Clarke is the better out and out striker and offers more.

Tough decisions need to be made, and soon.
