Morsy is stronger, more aggressive and more combative.

Fleck has better vision and a better range of passing.

Both good on the ball, both work for the team.
I've only really seen him against us,and if I remember right he played deep and set the play from there..agree he looks more physical than Fleck...Don't get me wrong,I'm not against him signing and he looks a good player, but I was hoping for someone who could get the ball off Fleck and be capable of running us up the pitch 20 or 30 yards ..I think we need someone who can carry the ball along the lines of Lameiras at Coventry or Louis Thompson at Norwich.

Totally agree with that although Wilson has looked ok but we still need another .

Yes, Wilson OK but he and Wright were always intended to be 3 and 4. McFadz the kingpin with JOC alongside him. We still await the kingpin and I'm quite certain Tufty (as I call him) sees that as a priority.

McFadz Burton . Brayford Blades . PX , cash adjustment . Never say never in football .

Spot on mate, we need add a bit of flair and pace as well as Morsy

Always helpful, but essentially we need a strong spine and a strong defence as priority if we are to get out of this division. It's a long old slog to get promoted from the third tier, we need strong men (physically and mentally) and leaders down the spine of the team to the drive the team when the chips are down to ensure we bang out those 1-0s that win you a top two spot. Big dominant centre half required urgently as has been the case for the last 25 months. UTB

Definitely mate. And Wilder knows that we need a commanding CB unlike his predecessors, which is why we were after McFaz.

I think we may have to pay a bit more than we would have for McFaz but it's essential, as is another experienced keeper. Building a strong outfield spine but gambling on Long and 17 year old kid in goal would be madness. Again, I'm sure Wilder has it in hand, it's just taken longer than most of us hoped.

Yes but I think Fleck would get more licence to get forward .Wilder also said he wanted a ball carrier in a recent interview I assume he means one out wide maybe ?

Does this mean we'll have the smallest left sided centre mids in the history of football? Fleck, Morsy, Reed, Scougal. Combined height of one small child.

Joking aside, good signing. But size also matters for the team as a whole.

That was certainly the impression. He spoke about "going past two or three" in congested areas. I had no doubt he was talking about a wide player. All the talk is of CM CB and LW as the three targets. I believe and hope that's right. Would like GK as well of course unless the LW is going to double up as you suggested earlier... :) :)

Lol I was waiting for that after I realised my poor grammar but it was too late. My grammar as good as Collins is at centre half .

I reckon Wilder see's the same as most of us Blades let's hope we all know what we're talking about because most of us were totally wrong about the fans choice Adkins .

Oh that's nothing. I've been wrong about them all since the Semi-Professional, Non-League, Reserve Goalie. I saw him coming....

It has gone very quite regarding his transfer to Scunny - anyone heard anymore on this?

Considering they were said to have agreed a fee - maybe there is something in this? Winger top priority
