According to Sky Sports News...

During the match the Man City dressing room was broken into and several thousand pounds of goods were stolen!

Why would they have several thousand pounds of cash in a changing room?!

16 players with the latest suits and watches and I am guessing a fair wedge of cash in there wallet. I am surprised that the estimated cost of the stolen items is only 7k.

Depending on which report you listen to though... they claimed it was money from within their clothes.

Why would they need a wedge of cash OR their wallet? they've come a couple of miles (MAX) from their hotel on a coach, will be playing football, then returning on the coach. Where are they gonna spend the money?

It doesn't matter how much was taken, or who from. Some thieving scrote stole from them, and it makes our club look bad. The sooner they are caught the better.

I just wouldn't even consider carrying owt like that myself if I was in their position.

Perhaps it was one of the evil balloons that was the thief? I have it on good authority, that the white one in the middle of the action was actually an undercover blades balloon!
