As the 'race' to replace Turnbull drags on, serious question, do we actually have even one scout on our books?

I would have assumed that we'd employ 3-4 scouts at any time, but never heard of any others ever referenced.

Lee Turnbull wasn't appointed until the end of June. We seem to be ahead of the game in so far as the previous appointment. Not sure what the concern is here.

Paul Mitchell, for example, will have a list of suitable players for us to sign. Until we sign him we can't get that list. Wilder will have a few players in mind but that's going to be from past experience and probably limited at this level. The longer we delay in appointing a head scout, the greater the chances of missing out on good players.
