I haven't rung the ticket office since 2009.

I hung up in 2016.

That's because they close at 17:00! You needed to try in the morning

This always happens to me, I'm senior and have a disabled and carer on my f&f. If they buy mine there's no problem, but if I try to buy theirs it wants to charge for mine plus 2 two full adults
I'm sure an email to the TO will sort it, when I can be bothered to get round to it

Had to phone them when we rwnew season tickets as the junior ticket wasn showing. The link wasn't strong enough apparently and they sorted that but we said at the end that needs we like that to buy tickets together for Wembley as an example and they said we would be able to. Apparently not!
