Anyone ITK or claim to be on who the European club might be?
 
Does anyone know which parts of the ground are likely to be open for the "European club" friendly? I'm thinking it'll be a good first game for my 6 and 4 year old, and it would be nice for me to experience somewhere other than the kop!

Family stand (John Street) will be open, nice area to introduce kids to the Lane
No swearing in there apart from the odd kid 😊

Do you reckon it might be an earlier KO, e.g. 7pm?

Doubt Benfica nor Sporting Lisbon will be hosting us.

Dont be surprised if one of the currently nomadic top Ukrainian sides arrive at the lane as the 'European Club'.

There is a precedent...

If the pukka pie corner (between kop and John St) is open it's great for young kids cos it has it's own toilet block at back which is rarely busy

Does anyone know if there are any updates regarding the Portugal aspect of pre-season?

I was hoping to make it over to Lisbon around that time

Might take my kid to his first ever match for that, as I'm up in Yorkshire for a couple of weeks. Quite relaxed affair might be best as he'll only just be five then.

Was thinking Palace, but suspect will struggle to get two tickets.

I'm truly hoping the Stuttgart game will not be a relaxed affair. I'm hoping the Stuttgart guys n gals turn up en masse and we see what the Bundesliga atmosphere can deliver to the Bramall Lane end. Let's see....
