FFP isn’t exactly fair as the bigger the club the more money they have to squander on players so the clubs flaunting it are either growing too fast or being greedy.

So your Mrs doesn't care about people cheating? Have you asked her that question directly?Couldn't give a swizzle myself . Get enough points on the table then we don't have to worry .
As my Mrs always says, those that worry about others issues have no life's of there own !
Football is dominated and corrupt run by numpties in suits and bent.
The very reason Brian clough never got the england managers job , he was the best by a mile but outspoken and bumlickers with far less qualifications were given the job.
By being late in paying suppliers and other clubs for players resulting in a transfer embargo?even though we run our club honestly, responsibly and how every club in the country should be run.
The answer is never. When are the sanctions ever going to apply ?
Teams will continually find ways to exploit FFP and the footballing authorities need to start clamping down on these loopholes.
Teams are signing players on 6-8 year contracts so that their astronomical transfer fees can be paid over the length of a contract. So a £100mil player only goes down as a pay out of £12.5mil per year over an 8 year contract. As FFP applies to 3 years this means teams are showing a pay out of £37.5mil instead of £100mil. It's not cheating even though it is.
If the authorities really want to clamp down on FFP then they should say that all clubs must pay transfer fees by the end of three years, regardless of the length of contract of the player.
Blades awarded 10 points for massive under spendingEverton given 10 points deduction immediately
But can be appealed
There won't be an appeal for a long time yet, at least not a decision on any appeal. Even with a 10-point deduction, Everton are still looking a very good bet for avoiding the drop, but if this knocks them and drags them into a relegation fight, watch for a lowering of the deduction later in the season from 10 points to whatever it needs to be to see them safe.Everton given 10 points deduction immediately
