Are there any pubs on the way to Wolves for a meeting place pre game

Some decent boozers in Cannock on way down. Last time I went to Wolves really struggled to get a bevvie anywhere near the ground.

I also suggest Cannock. Went in the fa cup tie few years back. Decent pub crawl with a spoons aswell.

As someone who sadly currently resides in Wolverhampton, don't bother coming anywhere near the City Centre if you are after a good pint. Awful pubs.

Even the non footballing ones, the locals aren't known for being particularly welcoming.
