Because SUFC cares so much about their fans views, they've just sent me a survey to fill in with the chance to win an iPod. I've been especially selected too apparently.
But when you give them an answer they don't want. ie No, I'm not interested at all in subscribing to Club World or whatever it's called. You get binned off.
