Wilder going nuts at Leonard?

Not sure if anyone else saw it but at one point 2nd half Wilder went beserk and screamed f*ck off at the floor in his technical area. I’m sure it was after something Leonard had done but can’t be certain. Leonard subsequently got subbed off not long after.

I thought ryan did ok in the back 3 but nothing special again, wonder if Chris has had enough? No handshake or anything when he came off.

Also key to note he brought Bash on for Leonard in the hope of chasing a goal. Ie. He thinks Bash has more attacking intent which is a bit worrying in terms of his opinion of Leonard

I noticed the lack of handshake as he walked off, Wilder did not look happy.

I was disappointed Wilder didn't just move Leonard into midfield but Basham undeniably had a positive impact.

It's just a shame for Leonard because it wasn't a positive reflection of Wilder's opinion on him. It doesn't bode well and I wouldn't rule out a loan move for him. He looked pissed off to be substituted and I don't blame him.

He did OK at RCB but as has been the case when he's played in midfield, he's too slow to control the ball. But he has undoubted qualities and potential and needs a lot more playing time before he can be properly judged.

Looked to me when Wilder leaned over one one leg and shouted at floor, like it was right after Leonard took a throw in halfway into Hulls half, and threw it back to Egan. Not sure that deserves a shout of F off and no recognition after the sub. I though he looked good today. Fast, tall, strong, composed on the ball, and made a very good tracking run with his player into the LB position to stop them having a good chance in the first half.

With Norwood and Fleck, he’s gonna get little game time in midfield, he won’t displace either of Freeman or Baldock. His only chance is to outshine Basham, but Wilder won’t pick anyone over Basham (rightly so imo).

It was undoubtedly onside from where I was sitting. And it was a bloody good pass from Norwood. Infuriating.
