I'm suprised that there aren't any comments yet about our new goal-scoring talent. Apart from the goal that unpicked the deadlock on Saturday, I was glad to see someone up front (apart from Beattie in his better days) who can anticipate openings rather than being slow to react to them ( a la Evans & Cressy). I was also impressed by his off the ball running, either creating space for himself or decoying defenders away from our other strikers. The addition of Hoskins to our squad has given a new approach to our strike force rather than like for like clones.

I didn't intend to criticise our other strikers in this posting, merely to contrast styles with our new boy.

Well done Will, and more of the same please.

7. gets song
8. has bad game
9. thread starts about how good he is. Opinion is divided
10. Sell/ goes back to parent club
11. turns up in League 3. Threads start about how we should've kept him/ he was the worst player we ever had.

12. 2-10 years later we re-sign him. Welcomed back like the messiah.
13. Never seen again
