Warnock appeared to be mostly innocent on Saturday, however it's the baggage he carries that worries me. The way he protested about the challenge was heart on sleeve stuff, which he's loved and hated for, but in so many occasions his reputation precedes him. I wouldn’t be surprised if he did get a ban, not for this but because of the way he’s viewed by those who make decisions. Unfortunately, Warnock and Sheffield United seem to pay for this week in week out. It’s very unfair, but it’ll be there at least until Warnock leaves.

Possibly, but Warnock's reputation/past is the reason why he was confronted on Saturday. I'm not saying he did anything wrong, and I'm not saying he should be sacked, but no one can argue that his history with Downes was partly responsible for the confrontation, and the fact that he has a reputation is the reason we were vilified for nothing.

What Gillespie did - unexcusable (but bloody well done - cheeky twat deserves it)

What Warnock did - nothing. Replays - he vented his anger at the tackle on Armstong (cameras are on him, all they need to get is a lip-reader, not difficult). Downes storms over & pushes Warnock as if to start a fistycuffs, our bench push Warnock out of the way, Warnock doesn't even TRY to get involved (bloody well done, Neil) - and he's in the wrong?!?!

Surely Nade should be punished by the FA for his little punch in it all?!?! (Not that I want him to, obviously - but what a shot!!) McCall was in there, Alan Quinn, players went across (don't know what Stephen Quinn could do with his size lol).

Warnock has done NOTHING at all to warrant a ban. All they need to do is get a lip reader and prove it
