All Premiership Clubs other than Southampton who didn't seem to care

All this seasons expected Man Utd fanshite is actually coming from Bournemouth. They remind me a bit of Business Model FC fans. Unwarranted superior attitude due to nothing that occurs on the pitch.

Great stuff Roy. Not sure whether i’m glad or annoyed that we have got so few games on the telly in the next month (discounting the amazon ones), but I guess the secret is already out now. Can’t believe Sky and BT are generally giving us a wide berth, I feel we have a duty to entertain the nation!

Lazy thinking this second season syndrome, though it does have some legs and has happened with a fair few clubs in the past.

However, they don't have this squad of players, this manager....and a lot in their second season get complacent and buy a fuckton of foreign mercenaries.

See a lot of people referring to 'loads of promoted sides doing well' and second season syndrome which is of course a complete myth and them wanting to hide their own failings

It is a myth. Look at Burnley, Watford, Wolves and Bournemouth and in earlier years Swansea, Stoke and West Brom. The only side I can think of who had a great first season then dropped are Reading under Coppell. People talk about Hull but they finished 4th bottom. We might finish 4th bottom and next season struggle but that would be expected. If we finish top half, nothing backs up the idea we would struggle the season after.

“Went to Palaces game at Bramhall Lane which we lost 1-0.Have to say they deserved the win and their fans certainly were up for their first game in the Premier.Seem to be like us in lots of ways Real football ground, good honest support. ”

Apart from we don't have an artificial, flag waving embarrassment of a stand pretending to be some kind of South American bunch of nutjob fans.

It seems all clubs have their share of basket cases lurking their sites.
This from a Brighton fan:

"Really? I think they are a bunch of cheats and I’m surprised the FA or the premier league haven’t acted. Billy Sharp died in 2011 after being viciously attacked by Lewis Dunk. Yet there he is in their squad and coming off the bench to play. How can a dead man do that, eh? Clearly he is possessed by some supernatural power, giving them an unfair advantage. He probably imbues the rest of the team in his evil spirit, too… “

I really have no idea WTF they are on about.

I can't tell if this guy is being serious or not! o_O
"“Man U could have had Ballack and Pirlo – it still wouldn’t be enough to combat the genius footballing mind of Chris Wilder – the greatest manager on the planet.”

Clearly something happened during the Brighton 2-1 Doncaster game in 2011. First game at the Amex; Sharp scored the opener then was stretchered off.

Ipswich did it too about 20 years ago

If you play nice football I think most football fans can really appreciate it.
