Now Lowe has gone to S6 after we released him does anyone know who of previous players that have gone straight from Blades to Owls?

Can think of few the other way round in the last 20 years but struggling to think of Blades players that have gone straight to Owls without signing somewhere else first or loan players (e.g Treacy, McMahon, Marvin Johnson, Mendez-Laing, etc.)

We got him when he was 18-19 straight from St Pats in Ireland. Also his younger brother was in our academy, Keith.

I believe the last player to directly move to the snortbeasts after leaving us was George Underwood 1951
The last player to move and play was Bernard Oxley 1935, and he only had a handful of appearances
