The problem is the Watford man has the ball so it will always go against Anel even if both are shirt pulling. I thought it was a fair booking- he could have got another second half and is quite rash at the moment. He could even end up getting a further 3 match ban ifhe gets 5 more yellows to go to 15 which we cannot really afford- him missing maybe 5 out of the last 13 games. He seems to be getting booked every game at the moment almost.

I thought all the bookings were right - he booked the Watford man for pulling McBurnie's shirt in a similiar fashion where both were grappling but we had the ball goalside. Lowe's was softer but still cynical and the one on Ndiaye was the worst of the lot. The lad booked for tripping Bogle knew what he was doing too and accepted it shaking the Blades players hand as he got booked.

I am not sure Stroud was that bad and a few times he waved away some theatrics from them.

I am aware I might be one of a few saying this compared to the majority.

The only advantage he maybe got wrong was he let them go on for a while near the end and then brought back. Other than fussy kick off, not sure how many bad decisions he got wrong?

Agree with all of that. Stroud‘s big problem, though, is his self-absorbed ‘look at me’ theatricality. It guarantees him a chorus of shoes-off haters who will stay behind to boo him off after every final whistle, regardless of his overall performance.

And, by and large, fair play to that. His nonsense with the kick-off yesterday, per your write-up, was Stroud redux. Somehow, he managed to make it all about himself no fewer than three times before the game, technically, had even started.

Which is ridiculous in anyone‘s book.

The King Sized Twat.

As has been mentioned elsewhere, Choudhury should be on our list of purchases for next season. He is exactly the type of player that we currently need & will need. Anything between £10m to £15m and he is a bargain.

Someone said that Watford had an option to buy for Choudhury, which would put the kibosh on that if it's true.

I'd definitely take him though. I definitely wouldn't take Davis.

Yes but only if we go up .

Same for Davis.

One is 6 million , the other 15 million .

I know which is better value !!

A couple of brief “reports” from a Watford perspective .
