Leaving the Lane after the Fulham game, we walked past a platform behind the South Stand upon which the TV pundits were preparing for the post-match discussions. Uncle Neil was up there waving and smiling at the crowds below, looking suitably powdered and beneficent above his people.

Folk were filing past, mostly restrained and friendly, others brown of nose. When suddenly this fella pipes up above the general hubbub:

"Nah then! Tha's still a wanker for gooin to Leeds!"

I love it when a bubble bursts. :)

He got off lightly....think of the abuse he would have received had he joined Wednesday!

Surprised he wasn't mounted on his tractor...

When I walked past, someone asked him to bare his arse :p

In all fairness, he was great sport afterwards, I was getting Posh tickets (har har) so when I'd done, they'd pretty much finished filming, and he was happy to take photos with us all. Got a bit of stick, but took it well.

Good old Colin , one of our own , let's hope he was singing the praises of the best set of fans , best run club , best set of lads he's ever worked with , at Leeds - Crystal Palace - QPR - Sheffield. United - delete were necessary .
Thank you for your time Neil there's the door don't let it hit you on the arse on the way out .

The BT Sport presenter asked him about it, Warnock said that Taarabt always gives him his shirt when he sees him.

Dangerous precedent to set, seeing as most of the best players we've ever had have signed for Leeds. I may be exaggerating slightly, but you get my drift. :(

I was amused watching on TV at the TWATS who deemed it necessary to film on their phones, the film crew, filming Warnock etc.

Why?

Some people.
