Marshy an hatrick what does he need to do for recognition. Lost his way a bit Previously ! scoring every match now for the 21 s .l rate him highly ! a really talented kid who surely must get a chance now on the back of today's hatrick..He reminds me of David Brooks! Not because he is talented like him! He just needed time to get a bit stronger! Hopefully he's ready now
Deserves a go surely?.

The way the first team are playing he will get bogged down to their level. I do see your point though.

Massive difference playing a league one's U21 team to pro men's football. Marsh needs a loan to a league two club before he is anywhere near ready for championship level. Whenever I have seen him play against men he looks weak and ineffective, defo not worth a go yet. IMO they are wasting him playing for the u21s, he is already 21. Get him to Oldham or somewhere similar.

Case in point, Owen Hampson at BostonScreenshot_20251014_185244_X.webp

Maybe your right but! Some players don't need that he's 21 now and went out on loan to Doncaster a couple of years ago where he broke his arm followed that with a few niggles and kinder disappeared from the scene although continuing to play he lost his way a bit.
I reckon he could do a job for us being a sub or starter. He has a real football brain like Arblaster who had a short loan at Port Vale where he got injured and returned to the Lane! Followed by CW introducing him to the 1st team which as we all know went down although Arblaster did very well.
He's that good (potentially) he could really make a difference in my opinion. CW knows all about him and I wouldn't be surprised if he gave him a chance to shine.

I'd be surprised if he played him!.. he'd sooner pick his 10 mill flop signing called Cannon or otherwise known as Cannott😉

OK football genius, have a word with Wilder and tell him that 🤣🤣🤣 You can then come back to me and tell me what he says. There is a reason he isnt even on the bench for the first team, despite our lack of depth in midfield. Not ready for that level. Look at how lost he looked in the friendlies, like a fish out of water. Same as Hampson, and he is hardly setting the world alight at national league level. Blacker looked better than Marsh and he is on loan at Tranmere.

Your having fucking laugh pal, the midfields been fucking tripe! And creates fuck all, give him a go ffs!

Marsh is one like a few young uns who really could have done with a loan to help get them consistent game time.

Had Wilder been here all summer OR we appointed a manager who had a bit more nous I think we would have seen the likes of Marsh, One, Nwachukwu and maybe one or two others.
I'd have sent Cannon on loan too personally.

He might find his way onto the bench soon. If we are lucky he is pushing for getting game time with the first team.

The mess we made of the summer transfer window and the poor results stopped a number of our fringe players/U21s going on loan. Marsh, Nwachukwu, Ukaki, Sasnauskas and others would have been in discussions.

Preston were linked with Cannon but couldn't get a suitable deal together; that's dead in the water now because Wilder will not accept failure on a player he chased for months and who he convinced the board to spend big on. Expect to see Cannon starting one in three or four and coming off the bench in the others until Wilder leaves the club.
