Already has 10 assists for the season from 26 appearances.

Wouldn't be one we'd go after in this window, but I'd love us to try something in the summer before any current PL side might start sniffing.

The only way I could see us shopping at that level would be if we got a really decent fee for Hamer.

I'm pretty sure Fellows will also be after more wages than we'd pay. Not to mention the Premier League interest.

Depends if promotion is a serious ambition or not. If the philosophy is to just ensure survival in the Championship when we kick off NEXT season then you’re right. But surely that will result in us steadily regressing over the years to mid table mediocrity (and possibly worse)

If promotion is the ambition, it’s currently been punched in the face by reality.

I don’t doubt it is what the owners want, but I’m not sure they realise how distant it is from here.

I’m still hopeful we can get the players in that we need. The owners can see the other teams strengthening and will know what’s required to make us competitive.
It’s been a lacklustre approach so far we can all agreed on that. But hopefully lessons have been learned… probably a very expensive lesson at that, as we’re gonna have to spend more than we should’ve at this stage.

I watch quite a lot of live games but can't say I remember seeing much of West Brom, and he hasn't stood out if I have. I don't watch highlight shows and hate football Twitter, so try to avoid that as much as possible.
