That's true I suppose. I was thinking we should see if Arsenal are interested in a swap for one of ours, but not so sure now.

There's loads of good players who miss big chances, top of the league for big chances missed is Bamford, but he's also scored 8. Second being Wood and McBurnie on 7. The concerning stat for McBurnie (I'm a fully paid up McBurnie defender by the way) is the next highest on the list to have not scored is Trezeguet, on 4. He's a midfielder too, for strikers who haven't scored the highest is 2, which is a few players, including Brewster.

Missing chances in itself isn't that concerning, as long as you convert some of them. There seems to be this perception that good strikers score wiry every good opportunity, it's just not true. Not at all.

I personally don’t think a goal is far away for Brewster, he seems to be improving game on game . I am also a defender of Mcburnie but I still can’t shake the feeling that he can’t kick a football cleanly IMO ! He never seems to strike it properly or with confidence even the penalties he’s taken seen a bit scuffed . Hopefully one goes in for him soon because boy does he and United need it !!

I read it as 'even far better players that cost much more money miss chances' rather than in any way comparing the two
