I'm sure a lot will have noticed how upset/annoyed I am about the procedure currently in place for the distribution of tickets and the way some loyal fans have been made to feel less so.
I would like to point out however that I have been well impressed and would like to compliment them on all the communications I have had this week.
several Emails and phone calls have been made and returned with speed. I have also spoke to another within the club who listened to my complaint with interest and wants further communication with me.
I went in to the ticket office last night having had a conversation with Michelle during the day and got sorted out and listened to. Lynn and Carrie (I think that is her name) also deserve praise. How they manage to keep cool under the pressure that must be there at this time I don't know.
