I see the ticket office is closed Monday morning. Is that to cope with/process the last minute rush for season ticket renewals on Sunday from all 'the true blades'?

I called for my Preston ticket at lunchtime and got straight through so not sure they're rushed off their feet with renewals.

True Blades will be at Deepdale.

I did mine online, its dead easy

Box Office was shut when I went down there Thursday lunchtime. All being done in the Promotions Office. Online is really easy, but I had to do a complicated transfer so had to go in person.

According to OS opening hours Ticket office opening hours are as usual tomorrow (Friday), then Saturday: 9am - 5pm
Sunday: 9am - 12noon

Online Ticket Office "offline" this morning, meaning you can't renew online

"Due to the problems with the online ticket office over the weekend, we have decided to extend the deadline for Season Ticket sales until 31st July"
