Sheffield United boss Bryan Robson wants to sign midfielder Jason Koumas from his former club West Brom, plus Manchester United winger Kieran Richardson and Leeds striker David Healy. (The Sun)

Totally agree - watched coca-cola play-off and koumas ripped rams to shreds. He would be a great solution to our attacking CM bug. With monty as our battler, this partneship would be the envy of the league and potentially our return ticket to the prem.

Healy i think would be a want as opposed to a need with Stead, Hulse, Nade and Shelts already competing.

K.Richardson sounds gd now, just seen Manure's treble signing and where do they play - midfield..........midfield..........midfield. So surely he will not feature at the theatre of screams in the forseeable future. Would be good if possible.

Why would Koumas come here when it looks like plently of prem clubs are after him and he fell out with Robson at WB. No chance. Richardson is hardly likely to move from Man U to Sheffield United either.

I said it all last summer, we missed the boat with koumas. He was availbe and warnock didnt go in for him, if koumas was in our side last season we would have stayed up.

Think its time United started looking abroad for some decent players.

you can get big surprises in football. Richardson went to West Brom on loan, nothing stopping him from coming out on loan again.

How can you prove that, hate it when people make comments like that its unfounded!

Richardson on loan maybe he likes working with robson like WBA!

as for koumas we missed him oh well, if prem clubs wanted him that badly they would have had him by now!

Well Fathi was hardly the answer to our midfield problems last year.

Even i agree with Sharpy had we of got Koumas then i think we certainly would of had a better chance of staying up.

Although i also disagree with you Sharpy i think Robson certainly has better pulling power than Warnock in the transfer market. The names mentioned could actually end up playing for us. Now if Warnock was in charge id agree there is no chance would get them.
