C&Ped for the clickless:

Former Sheffield United midfielder Colin Kazim-Richards has completed his loan move to Toulouse from Turkish side Fenerbahce.

The Turkey international has moved to the Stadium Municipal until the end of the season when Toulouse could take up the option to sign him on a permanent basis.

Kazim-Richards also played for Bury, Brighton & Hove Albion and Sheffield United before moving to Fenerbahce in 2007.

The 23-year-old will meet his new team-mates shortly, after training earlier on Wednesday with those who have not been included in the squad for the Ligue 1 match against Nancy.

Bit hard on Nancy, making her play a team of blokes on her own... but I suppose the majority are French :D

I love it when people just post links with no opinion, and not even an indication what the thread might be about....

Anyways, whats he doing going to France? Is he going to end up as another travelling player?

I'd welcome him back with wide arms though :)

I'd have him back in a shot.

Was doing well over there until he had the problem with the story about the hotel gang bangs.

Hope it doesn't harm his position in the national side.

Good luck to him.

If only we could of kept him and Nade we would of been in the champions league now.

I bet we could probably get a team of players who were supposed to be world beaters when we shipped them and it cost us promotion/champions league/untold riches/50 virgins in the afterlife from the knee jerkers.

Anyone fancy filling a team out I think we could probably get a full 11.

Simon Francis at right back and Ahmed Fathi in MF :-)

Wayne Quinn at LB?

I tell you what its got a bit of everything this side.

Power in midfield, pace upfront, attacking fullbacks we would of been unstoppable.

Is it too early to include Killa?

Another centre back would be Olivier Tebily

I remember thinking we got a great price for him, for what was effectively ten games.

Can we put CKR on the RW and put Martin Smith up front?

Not to be picky but I always think of CKR of a winger not a striker.

Also how long is a sex marathon? How long is a sex mile? I usually measure mine in thrusts.

Obviously Morris and Forte would be interchangeable but that was my best effort and a team of supposed 'world-beaters.' I know the departure of some of these didnt cost us a great deal but this was easier to put together!

I thought about them but theyve done well in europe. I was thinking more of players that were raved about at the lane but were garbage when they moved on.

Dellas definitely went on to better things, but Vas didn't really pull up any trees after he left us.

For the best part of a season Vass was wonderful for us. He suffered when Charles Green pulled the plug and we lost quality players and thus the playing style he could thrive within.

Very harsh to include him in this thread just because of his failure to make a mark at Derby. What he did for us and AEK before us was extremely good.

It's rare we've had players of his talent.

I didn't include Vas for that same reason I thought he was quality.

Does raise the point though how much money have Derby given us for players who haven't performed for them. Although they did give us Hunt.

Davis, Morris, Vaz, Hulse - Nearly £10 Million isn't it?

3 players don't quite fit that definition.

First, no one mourned Mercer's departure. He was clearly worse than both Tracey and Kelly. We have no keeper released or sold recently who fits, IMHO.

Second, Tebily has had a good career after leaving United and was better than a number of players who succeeded him at centre half, he's also a bad fit.

Morris is a good fit, but unlike everyone else he might have been as good as people said but injuries wrecked his career. You could put Kabba there though!

As for someone including Michael Brown, given that we were in the top 3 when he played his last game and we ended up in 8th spot, and he's been a PL regular ever since, I don't really see how he belongs on such a list. In the 6 years since his sale United have never had a midfielder as good as Brown was when he was sold or indeed (arguably) as good as he is now!

We've been shafting them for decades. They sold Jimmy Hagan to us in 1938 before they realised how good he was...
