Reasons why David Weir should be sacked.
1. It's boring
2. he has lost the dressing room in my opinion, otherwise they would be fighting for his job.
3. He chose Michael Doyle as his captain, a man who divides the dressing room to say the least.
4. We don't close down.
5. We don't look fit
6. We have one win (against 10 man Notts County)
7. Friday was the first time he made an adjustment during the game.
8. Where was last night's adjustment?
9. I don't like the way he treats certain players, yet others are untouchable. One week Porter gets a start then the next he is out of the 16. Be consistent when you deal with your staff.
10. He allowed Lee 'Peaking' Carsley to speak utter bollox.
11. I am starting to hate David Weir because the only reason people are giving him time is because of mistakes we have made with previous management decisions.
12. He has done nothing to temper McMahon who is just a liability at times. All he wants to do is hump his opponents and wind them up. When a team mate is constantly doing this it becomes embarrassing for them too. Yes I know it happened before Weir arrived but he's a seasoned pro to under this .
13. A team should be able to understand what the manager is trying to achieve by now.
14. The players do not appear to be defending him.

I will add to this as I go on and you can think of me what you want and I don't care about most of of the opinions, however as I said before it's the little things which cause failures and that is why we are here. If these are the things we can see, imagine the things you can't.
