It has had a steady decline since they first starting ale at the start of the 2007/08 season.
Yesterday i went down 5 minutes before half time to get my half time pint, and there was one queue for beer, an empty counter for the prepaid vouchers, and 7 or 8 muppets who didn't have a clue what was going off. There must have been 50 part poured pints on the beer pump, yet when i came to buy my pint, there was a gormless article who was tipping the beer from one glass to another to fill them up. LS26BLADE who went down a couple of minutes after me had to wait the entire half-time to get his beer.
This isn't just a whinge about the catering, but i think the club could do it a lot better. Compass aren't delivering in terms of customer service, or providing anything near the level of the standard of catering that they could do. The refreshment stalls are a potential gold mine, if they are properly managed, yet the range of food and drink is limited, the standard of service is appalling and this is the same in all sections of the ground.
