Nowt to do with it Pinchy. We’re punching above our weight as we’ve always done with CWAK and what that means is we’re getting more out of our resources than others. However to pretend that these advantages of higher wage bills supporting deeper squad depth, and January spending power can’t have an negative affect on us compared to others is naive.
I’ve total faith that we’ll continue to get much more out of what we have than all the other teams in the league, but to not acknowledge the risk is just burying your head in the sand daftness.

Never said we wouldn’t be fine, or we’re going down, just that I’d take safety if it was guaranteed. Pretending that we can easily replace our first team players should be lose 2-3 as easily as the others around us is nonsense and is something I’d expect to hear from the Barnsley South lot. We have a good squad, but we’d feel it should we lose a couple of players in any single position just as any of the smaller squads/sides would. January strengthening will mitigate it to an extent but to just pretend we can cover it like Man Utd, Tottenham, Wolves, even West Ham is for the birds.

Pointing out ignorant arrogance and highlighting why it’s not truth using obvious logic is simple common sense. We currently don’t have the same level of squad depth as the others in the top 10 so we need an element of fortune to maintain our performances and results.
If you wish to challenge it with something tangible you would, instead you wish to double down on your viewpoint simply because it’s yours and use made up empty phrases you’ve invented which do not mean anything, to shout down those who you disagree with. I’m surprised at this coming from you as it’s straight out the Brexit playbook. I disagree not because of fact nor reason but because I do not “believe” enough? Do you honestly think Wilder believes safety is a forgone conclusion? Do you think the board should share your view that we’re fine as we are?
