He has been outstanding for us. He is no "legsofwood".

Scored two beauties so far and have won MOM three times. He works hard, passes well and also tackles very well.

Thanks again for Leggy. Well worth 900K.

Nice to see a bit of constructive feedback :)

He was a bit of a scapegoat, he wasn't exactly the greatest talent in the world, but I think some of his critism was a bit unfair.

Welcome to the site, hope you stick around.

Er...

He did the complete oppisite for us.

well worth 900k? i laughed when i saw what price he went for.

and i dont think he ever even had a shot for us that was on target.

Welcome to the forum ;)

He scored against Arsenal last year but it was disallowed.

About right for us really. :)

Still rather have the 900k than see him in our 1st team again.

glad he is good for you mate, i really wanted to give him a chance but he gave it away alot when he had it, and had a bad ankle injury when he was here

am i the only one who actually liked leggy?..lol

He was no worse then ANY of our current midfielders and i think the fact he is starting to put in some great performances goes to show how much the fans can affect a player.

I'm glad that he has found a club at which he feels comfotable enough to express himself.

Fulham, when we lost 1-0 at Craven Cottage. From about 30 yars out too.

Whilst Mikele has scored 2 beauties (and they were) and 3 Man of the matches (not sure about this sourcing and who gave the MOTM' though) but he has also managed an own goal and a sending off. All this in the space of what? 2 months?

He was however, never given a good run in the team like he is being given at QPR, but from when I did see of him, he never looked to be up to "Premiership material", this is of course what the Blades are looking to aspire to, so I believe a 300k profit on him was good business.

He wasn't the right player for the Premiership, and straight away the fans got on his back and it unsettled him. It affected his performance and you could see it a mile off.

I'm glad he's doing well and he's settled down back in London. Good luck to him, apart from against us :p

This is exatcly the problem in my opinion, what is the point in building a team for the premiership when we are struggling in the championship?

We need midfielders who can succeed at this level, if and when we get promoted we can re-address. Lets face it, the so called premiership players we have signed so far haven't pushed us up the league.

I see your point on that, but he wasn't doing anything (in the short time) at this level for us either.

I suppose you are right, Leggy did nothing to suggest he could have made a difference this season; i was just disappointed to lose central middies without recruiting anyone. I'd rather have 3 poor players to choose from then 1 that gets in every week due to a lack of alternatives which is where we are at the moment.

Agreed 100%,

But we sold ML when it seemed we would be getting a replacement in.... Sadly that never happened. Not saying it is through a lack of trying, but there is still no end result from Bryan to bring in a new CM.

I found out that Cattermole was here ready to sign, Middlesbrough then got an injury so called him back straight away. Just the kind of luck we've had so far in 2007.

As said, its irrelevant of what has happened in the form of bad luck.

BR has had a long time to get a CM in, and he has not done this. It is bad luck we didn't get Cattermole, but we should have someone in before he was called back.

he maybe playing good as he is back down south- back with friends and familiy etc (not sure where he is from)

Can I just say there was no need for that sending off against Watford. the ref was very harsh. For the own goal he was very unlucky.

Well last night he broke his nose dirty Coventry b******s. :cry2:

All own goals are unlucky to be honest.
Sending offs happen to the best of them.

But both incidents still occured.

Edit: his goals he scored could also be refered to as lucky
